Upon Account closure, any remaining Real Money balance will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or amounts owed to 0vo99. Bonus Funds and pending wagering requirements will be forfeited. We are not obligated to provide detailed reasons for Account closure decisions.
0vo99 supports deposits through the following Indonesian payment methods: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallet transactions. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.
You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refund any deposit made from a payment method not belonging to you and to close your Account. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 0vo99 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through your Account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is Rp 100,000,000, subject to verification and VIP tier status. All withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name and matching the name on your 0vo99 Account.
